Training Overview

The Office of Regulatory Affairs Data Exchange (ORA DX) program provides training opportunities to support the adoption of the ORA DX systems and to assist users in understanding and utilizing the various data exchange capabilities. Training resources include Knowledge Articles (KAs), e-Learning courses, and Instructor-led courses.

Knowledge Articles (KA)

The Knowledge Articles are just-in-time reference documents (less than 5 pages) that provide guidance and instructions on specific ORA DX systems and capabilities, initiatives, and programs. The articles are:

  • On-demand
  • Accessible to the public via ORAPP

e-Learning Courses

The e-Learning courses are non-interactive videos (less than 10 minutes) that provide guidance and instructions on specific data sharing capabilities of the ORA DX systems, particularly ORAPP. The courses are:

  • On-demand
  • Virtual
  • Accessible to the public via ORAPP

Instructor-led Courses

The instructor-led courses are interactive sessions delivered by an instructor and provide structured and focused training materials, a live system demo, and practice exercises. The courses are:

  • On-demand
  • Virtual
  • Interactive
  • Limited to ORAPP users
